Fleshlight Sizes and Dimensions

The full size Fleshlight is our largest option which accommodates 9-10 inches in length and up to 7 1/2 inches in girth. This includes the STU, Ice, Turbo, BYO and FL Girl sleeves, etc. (These options will also have the largest opening diameter at the point of penetration).

What are Fleshlights made out of?

Our sleeves are made of a mineral-based patented polymer, made with white food-grade mineral oil. It’s also 100% hypoallergenic and biodegradable. 

All of our dildos will be made of silicone.

What is the difference between the sleeves?

The inner textures will be the main difference in all of our sleeves. Each inner texture is carefully crafted by our R&D department to create a unique and pleasurable experience. All Fleshlight Girl and Fleshjack Boy sleeves will have their orifices molded directly from the stars.

What sleeve should I buy? What sleeve is right for me?

Suggested items for first time purchase/beginners.

  • Fleshlight - You will need the Fleshlight Sleeve and plastic casing to use the product as intended.
  • Water-Based Lubricant - We recommend Fleshlube but there are many other brands of water-based lubricants sold on our website as well.
  • Fleshlight Wash - Anti-bacterial toy cleaner that should be used every time you clean your Fleshlight, in addition to warm water.

How do I clean my Fleshlight?

After cleaning your Fleshlight, it needs to be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated area to fully dry. You may also carefully thread a paper towel or microfiber towel through the sleeve to speed up the drying process. Always make sure your sleeve is fully dried before putting it away or applying Renewing Powder.

Can I use a condom with my Fleshlight?

Yes, you can! Make sure that the condom you are using is only lubricated with a water-based lubricant. You will still need to clean your Fleshlight after use with a condom to ensure the sleeve is completely clean.

Do I really need to use Renewing Powder?

No, applying Renewing Powder is not a requirement of Fleshlight care. However, we strongly recommend using this product on your Fleshlight sleeve as it will help maintain the skin-like feel of the product and prevent the sleeve from feeling sticky. Do Not apply Renewing Powder to any of our clear sleeves as it may affect the transparency of the product.

What kind of lubricant should I use with my Fleshlight?

Our products should only ever be used with water-based lubricants. Any other type of lubricant may damage the sleeve over time.

How to use the Sleeve Warmer properly

Plug the Sleeve Warmer into any USB port or brick to begin the heating cycle. The Sleeve Warmer will heat to its maximum temperature and then shut off for 1-2 minutes before starting the next warming cycle. We recommend applying a few drops of lubricant to the Fleshlight sleeve before slowly working it onto the warming rod. This will help prevent any accidental tearing. Always clean your Sleeve Warmer after every use with warm water and Fleshwash.

Do Fleshlights contain phthalates?

Phthalates are “various salts or esters of phthalic acid used especially as plasticizers and in solvents.” We are pleased to assure you that the Fleshlight material DOES NOT CONTAIN phthalates.

Should I turn my sleeve inside out to dry?

We never recommend turning your sleeve inside out as this could cause micro-fissures, which may foster mold growth.

Free shipping is offered on Domestic United States Ground Shipped orders only. IE: orders within the continent of US. This is offered via UPS' SurePost service. Free shipping is not valid on any air freight service. Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders once the order value meets or exceeds $100 USD. This amount can change from time to time, based on current promotions.

Pourquoi mon numéro de suivi ne fonctionne-t-il pas?

Tracking numbers are emailed out as soon as your package is scanned out of our warehouse system. The tracking number will not activate until UPS/USPS scan the package in at their sorting facility. This usually occurs around 7pm CST. If you are still having issues with your tracking number after this time, please email us at customerservice@fleshlight.com

All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as ILF, LLC. and will not reference "Fleshlight.com", "Sex Toy" or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.

Puis-je changer mon adresse de livraison?

All shipping addresses can be modified before the order ships. Once your tracking number is available, we can intercept based on the shipping method.

  • UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day - Reach out to our customer service team with your order ID along with the correct shipping address before the order is delivered and we will have the address updated.

  • UPS Surepost and USPS Priority Mail - We cannot guarantee that the address can be modified after the order has shipped. Send our customer service team your order ID along with the correct shipping address before the order is delivered and we will attempt to update the address with the shipper.

Comment renvoyer mon colis si j'ai changé d'avis?

Si un colis est refusé à la livraison et retourné à notre établissement sans numéro RMA, la valeur du produit vous sera remboursée dès réception.

What happens if my package is missing?

We are sorry to hear that your package has not reached you! It is required that we wait 72 hours before considering a package lost as we often see packages arrive after the claimed delivery date. If the required 72-hour wait time has passed, please contact us immediately with your Order ID, Full Name, and Shipping Address so we can ensure there were no mistakes with the shipping information. Once verified, we will get a trace filed with UPS to log any possible theft or fraud, and then get a replacement order sent to you with the upgraded shipping.

REMARQUE: In the event of a missing or lost package, please be aware that, packages shipped with UPS Surepost or USPS Priority Mail only qualify for a replacement shipment based on the claim resolution. Packages shipped with UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air will qualify for either a replacement shipment or refund depending on the concluded UPS package investigation.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. If we are shipping to a PO Box or an APO address, we can ship the order via UPS' SurePost or the U.S. Postal Service.

UPS SurePost

The UPS service takes on average 7-12 business days for delivery. While UPS is the main carrier USPS will make the final delivery. 

 

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam, will see extended delays as they are shipped via cargo, not air. Estimated delivery of 7 to 14 days after tendering to the U.S. Postal Service. The USPS tracking number will update once it arrives.

USPS Priority

Priority Mail service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.

RECOMMENDED for Alaska, Guam Hawaii & Puerto Rico, along with APO, DPO & FPO addresses

UPS Ground

Standard shipping typically takes 1-5 business days to be delivered throughout the US. Prompt, dependable, cost-effective shipping; An economical choice for your shipment.

UPS 3 Day Select

Delivery is guaranteed by the end of the third business day. An ideal mix of economy and guaranteed delivery; Perfect for less time-sensitive shipment; Three free delivery attempts. UPS 3 Day Select is offered only in the 48 contiguous states.

UPS 2nd Day Air

Select this alternative to overnight shipping when you have the flexibility to allow an extra day. Delivery is guaranteed by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Ideal for shipments that do not need overnight service; guaranteed second-day delivery (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

UPS Next Day Air

Guaranteed delivery next business day by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of the day, depending on destination. Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day; guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.

International Orders (outside the United States)

How are orders shipped to International Locations?

All orders are shipped via UPS. 
All orders are shipped via UPS Surepost or USPS Priority mail for orders addressed to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Why is my country on the "Do Not Ship" list?

Countries on the list are there because, in our experience, orders shipped to those countries have been confiscated by customs and are not delivered to the client or returned to our facility. The "Do Not Ship" list is subject to change at any time.

Door-to-door service with in-house customs clearance; up to three delivery attempts.

UPS Worldwide Express

Take advantage of this faster one-to-three day shipping service with guaranteed morning delivery times throughout the world. Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon; second business day delivery to Europe; delivery within two or three business days to Asia. Door-to-door service with in-house customs clearance; up to three delivery attempts.

Retours

Quels articles acceptez-vous pour le retour?

Tous les articles non ouverts et non utilisés peuvent être retournés et sont éligibles au remboursement à la valeur du produit. Nous n'accepterons pas le retour d'articles ouverts / utilisés. Tous les articles doivent être renvoyés dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la date de livraison de l'article pour un remboursement de la valeur du produit. Si vous avez des questions concernant un retour, merci de nous contacter en utilisant l'une des méthodes indiquées sur la rubrique Contactez-nous,  et ce avant tout retour de produit, car tout produit déjà utilisé qui nous sera renvoyé sera jeté et aucun remboursement ou réexpédition ne seront possibles.

Orders arriving with damaged retail packaging do not qualify for replacement or a refund. Reshipped items, as a result from missing shipments, do not qualify for a refund.

If you believe an item is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, please email our customer service team at customerservice@fleshlight.com with your order ID (ex. US1234567FL) along with photos of the issue. Once we have verified the defect, a replacement package will be shipped to you at our expense. Defective products are not eligible for refunds. Also, we do not need the incorrect/defective item back.

Veuillez prévoir jusqu'à 10 jours ouvrables, à partir de la réception de l'article défectueux, pour le traitement de votre demande de retour.
